All appointments are "By Appointment Only" and require either a gift certificate number or a credit card number to reserve your appointment. To ensure that your appointment is booked correctly we create a client profile through our online booking system which requires your full name, email address, phone number, and credit card information at the time of appointment booking.
We understand that unanticipated events happen. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, we confirm your appointment at the time of booking and 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you need to reschedule you may reply to the email, or call/text (512) 626-6979.
We enforce a 24 hour cancellation policy with new and existing clients. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment in your place. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment.
No-Shows: Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a "no-show." they will be charged for their missed appointment.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start your scheduled service. Regardless of the length of the service actually given, you will be responsible for the full session. Out of respect and consideration of your massage therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
